Print, sign and mail the Release Form, along with your check for payment, after you have submitted the application online. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 must accompany each application. Balance is due 30 days prior to the start of each session. After June 1 applications must be submitted with full tuition amount. Please make checks payable to Haverford Soccer School, Inc.
